Leading up to the day, we’ll review venue details, timelines, and priorities. For unfamiliar venues, we research extensively, visit in advance if possible, and coordinate with venue managers to scout the best locations. Engagement sessions offer a great opportunity to connect, build comfort, and align visually.

WEDDING DAY COVERAGE

We arrive early, dressed to blend in with the event’s dress code, and work discreetly throughout the day. All gear is top-tier, with backups and dual memory cards to ensure nothing is missed.

INQUIRY & CONSULTATION

Once an inquiry is submitted through our contact form, we respond within hours - same day, even if we’re photographing a wedding.
We’ll set up a video call or in-person meeting to get to know each other, learn about the vision for the day, and walk through full wedding series from our portfolio.

CUSTOM QUOTE & CONTRACT

After the consultation, we send a detailed quote with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. The contract clearly outlines everything -timelines, deliverables, and policies - giving both couples and planners peace of mind. A 30% deposit secures the date, with the remainder due around the wedding day.

EDITING & DELIVERY

Every image is carefully retouched and color-corrected. Videos are edited with a focus on emotion, beauty, and storytelling. Final galleries and films are delivered via secure Dropbox links with no limits on image quantity. Turnaround times are clearly outlined in the contract—and deadlines are always met.
